WELCOME BACK TO DANCE CLASS ! Autumn season is starting FRIDAY 16. October !!!
Dans i Bø is a playful fusion-contemporary-improv dance class that is open to dance-lovers of all levels. In the class we will focus on basic floor-work, improvisation tools and lyrical movement principles. The purpose of the class is to practice the mindful movement of our bodies, acquire new expressive skills, and improve our overall fitness level. Each week we build upon a singular choreographic phrase that we will work on together over the course of the entire season.
Participants must be 18+.

Where - Gullbring studio (upstairs)
When - every Friday from 1500 to 1700
What - fusion contemporary improv dance / all levels
Cost - free for students / 200,- drop in for non students
